    • Delivery time: 5-7 business days within the United States.
    • This is our most affordable shipping option.

  • Expedited Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 2-3 business days.
    • This option is ideal for customers who need their orders faster.

  • Overnight Shipping:

    • Delivery time: 1 business day (Next Business Day).
    • Orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CST to qualify for overnight shipping.

  • International Shipping:

    • We offer international shipping to most countries.
    • Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination, but typically range from 7-14 business days.

Shipping times are estimates and can be impacted by factors beyond our control, such as weather delays or issues with the carrier. We will notify you if there are any significant delays in processing or shipping your order.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size and weight of your order, as well as the delivery location. The shipping costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order.

  • Domestic Orders: The cost of shipping within the United States is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and selected shipping method.

  • International Orders: For international deliveries, shipping fees are calculated at checkout. Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import charges that may apply to international shipments.

3. Order Processing and Handling

  • Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email, which includes the details of your purchase.

  • Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after receiving your order. If there are any delays in processing your order, we will notify you immediately.

  • Tracking Your Order: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can track your package using the provided tracking number on the carrier’s website.

4. Delivery Addresses

  • Accurate Information: Please ensure that you provide accurate and complete shipping information, including the correct address and phone number, to avoid delays in delivery.

  • Changing Shipping Address: If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at info@aerofusionpc.com. We will do our best to accommodate changes, but once an order has been shipped, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • P.O. Boxes: We do not currently ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid residential or business address.

  • International Restrictions: Some countries have restrictions on the types of products that can be imported. If your country has restrictions on any of our products, we will notify you as soon as possible.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost or delayed in transit, please contact us immediately at info@aerofusionpc.com or call (507) 754-5046. We will assist you in locating the package and resolving the issue with the carrier.

  • Damaged Packages: If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will work with you to resolve the issue, whether through a return, exchange, or refund.
